    1. The Insurance Company has looked at your car and you now have an insurance estimate.   
        a. Bring in your vehicle at your convenience and we will handle the rest.
        b. After you drop off  the car we will disassemble your vehicle to prepare a detailed complete estimate.
        c. If you need a rental we can have you picked up here at the shop.   
       
    2. You need to get an estimate but the Insurance company has not seen your vehicle.
        a. Bring your vehicle in for an estimate at your convenience.
        b. We will assist you in filing a claim with your insurance company
        c. You can drop off your vehicle at any time without an appointment

    3. If you are not going through your insurance or someone else is paying for the repairs, or you’re not sure.
        a. Bring your vehicle in for the estimate and we will help you to decide on the best option.   
   
    4. You were just in an accident and need your vehicle towed.
        a. Call us immediately and we will have your vehicle to be towed to our shop       
        b. We will assist you in taking all of the necessary steps to filing a claim with the insurance company.
